The “Google Guru” and the Preserver app

Monte: Hi. This is Monte from the Preserver app.  Good morning.

Jeff: Now, I did a search on your name this morning in Google. I see you are referred to there as the “Google Guru”. What’s that?

Monte: Jeff, that’s a great question.  It’s from when Kate Vale opened the Google office in Sydney on her kitchen table 20 years ago, I was there. And I’ve been the longest serving Google partner in the country (Australia) since then, over 20 years. And so it is a name that kind of stuck with me. But I’ve moved on since then. Yeah.

Jeff: What are you doing now?

Monte: Mate, the Preserver app is one of the few, truly free, truly private, and AI enabled, again for free, apps available worldwide. And so I spent all my time there now today. That’s where the action is.  it’s moved. In many cases, it’s moved beyond Google. Great company, but it’s moved beyond them, and that’s where we’re at.
