Dealing with Jet Lag

Hi. So now here I am, Monte at Preserver app, and I’m on my iPhone, and you can see on my home screen, I’ve got the Preserver lifebuoy and I just click on that, and it opens up my Preserver app. And I start by pressing the green button, and I’m going to be talking today about travel remedies. So, I go in here to travel remedies. I bring up my ChatBot And the first thing I do is, I click on my microphone, and I say,

“How can the Preserver app assist me with jetlag?”

And I hit the go button, and it goes off to Chat GPT 4.0, and 4.0. And it brings back, how the Preserver app can assist directly with dealing with jetlag through a number of activities, which you’ll see in the pane up here on the screen. I won’t read them in detail, but I’ll summarize them for you. So, it is going to tell you a few things that are worth noting. So here, it can help you by recording activities on your device. To create routines to do better, your sleep patterns, your schedule reminders, tracking exposure to natural light, things about hydration and things that you may eat. All of these can be recorded, and then you can reflect back on those to minimize, moving forward.

Of course, remember, you need to consult with appropriate health care professionals if it’s a big issue for you.
