Incident Reporting

And then it’s kind of a sequence of activities. Who, what, where, when, and why? That’s kind of self-explanatory. Then identifying if there’s particular injuries and you can document that with either stills or videos.

Monte: Also an environmental assessment You know, was it raining? Were there traffic conditions? Were there things in the environment? And then again, it’s important to also capture witness information. So, you can identify who else was there.

Jeff: Right.

Monte: And then, of course, ultimately, you want to say whatever actions are done. That’s all compiled. It’s then date-stamped and mapped on your phone. It can be uploaded to the cloud. It can be shared. But it protects you. And it also protects those people around you where you’ve identified an incident.
