And when they end that activity, they can upload it to, in this case, rather than a personal Google Drive, a company Google Drive. And because of the way the software is set up, it is anonymous.

So, the privacy of the individual can be there. They give it a title. They share their name if they want to or not. But suggestion boxes are a powerful tool to unleash the potential of your employees and suppliers and customers. And so why not do it and take advantage of it?
