No Call Goes Unanswered

Hi, it’s Monte from the Preserver app and today I want to talk to you about customer support voice-enabled Chat Agents. So let me just drop down here.

I’m using a ChatGPT 4.0 for this, and I say, “What are the main features of a customer support voice-enabled Chat Agent?” And it’s, in my opinion, different than a ChatBot which the person has to find and type and interface with, and they can use voice sometimes. A Chat Agent can actually answer a phone call, an inbound phone call, 24/7. No call goes unanswered, and the customer service is 24/7, and you’re not paying for human beings in the first instance. It’s like, like it says here, it’s Microsoft Voice Channel and customer service. You have automated responses, enhanced communication skills. It’s just a matter of collecting the data to create the LLM, the Large Language Learning module, then the inputs and outputs that you want. You probably already have a lot of that data.

You can even create an avatar based on your own style and personality. So, this is what the Chat Agent can do for you. It can answer the phone 24/7 without any additional staff and without any Human Resource issues. So, I’m going to demonstrate just a little bit of the Preserver app as well.

And I’ve already done one here for the Chat Agent. So, I can go in here and you can see that I recorded this on the 24th of June and it’s here. And if I actually go to my ChatBot that I’ve already done, I ask my Chat Agent… Oh well, I can do it right here. Pop that into my Chat Agent and you notice that it took voice. It can actually answer an incoming phone call. It can do that for you and then it’s replacing the information. So, I can assist with customer service by serving all interactions are documented, readily retrievable, record the summaries of interactions, categorize it, provide reminders and follow up, but more importantly. There is never, ever, ever a missed call. The information is there. The service is delivered. No additional staff 24/7, no unanswered calls, no irritating voicemail, no press 1, press 2, press 3, but a live human being chatting with you with the Chat Agent.
