“I used to keep an expandable indexed folder to keep all my paperwork: bank statements, paid bills, notifications, random notes, receipts, letters. I then moved to stapling everything in a book. Wasn’t THAT cumbersome? Now I do it all online in Preserver”.

Create an Activity Type in Preserver called “Paperwork”, or “Filing”.

Now, every time you have something you need to file, open a Paperwork/Filing Activity in Preserver, photograph the paperwork, and then make sure you set the Title to be that of the object you’re photographing. “Bank”, “Chemist”, “Car Rego”, etc. Of course you can add comments about “when you bought it”, or “how much it was”, but then, guess what? After you publish it to your Calendar, you can forever more search your Calendar on “Paperwork Bank” or whatever, and find it!
